Terms & Conditions

All players and/or parents must review and agree to these policies before beginning any training. Agreement is also implied upon purchasing or booking any sessions through our platform or in person.

    • Group sessions are sold in blocks of 4 sessions, with a fixed commitment.

    • Pricing is based on group size: Groups of 4, 3, or 2 players.

    • No refunds are issued for missed sessions.

    • Only one reschedule is allowed per 4-session block.

    • If a player cancels at least 1 week in advance, they may use the group session value as a credit toward a private session, by covering the price difference.

    • Example: If the group session costs $50 and the private session costs $130, the player pays the $80 difference.

    • This option is available only once per 4-session block.

    • Credits must be used within 30 days of the missed session.

    • Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

    • Credits cannot be applied toward future group packages.

    • If a player misses a session without notice, the session is forfeited. No credit or rescheduling will be offered.

    • If a player is unable to attend any sessions during the current 4-session block, one private session may be offered within that same block, subject to availability and scheduling.

  • As part of the training session hosted by FutLife, we may take photos and/or videos of participants, including minors, for use in future promotional, educational, or informational materials (e.g., websites, social media, newsletters, or training resources).

    By purchasing a training package, I, as the parent or legal guardian of the minor being registered, give permission for my child to be photographed or recorded during the session and for those images or videos to be used by FutLife for the purposes stated above.

    If you DO NOT wish to be recorded, please let the staff know in writing prior to you first training session.
